Check fender hardware for tightness and rattles

De-grease chain

Lube chain

Heavy tires

Lube all spoke eyelets

Clean crud and gunk from frame

Flush crud out of all cable housings

Re-lube cable housings

Check brake pads (replacing as necessary {i.e. frequently!})

Clean braking surface on rims

Inflate tires (after first bringing pump inside to thaw and become flexible again!)
